Hello, my name is Ana, and I am a passionate yoga student and instructor of this ancient medicine that guides us to a joyful and healthier life, self-realization, and ultimately, universal harmony.

We can see, taste, feel, and find yoga in many ways. All we need is to be open and train our ability to access this state.

Yoga offers numerous benefits, with one of the most profound being its capacity to deepen self-awareness. Beyond mere physical practice, it encourages a journey of self-realization — a path that is both joyful and challenging, requiring patience and perseverance.


Happiness, intimately tied to self-knowledge, is already inherent within each of us, as ancient scriptures and wise teachers affirm. Yoga serves as the pathway to uncovering this happiness by guiding us to strip away misconceptions and discover our true selves.

Yoga is not limited to asana practice; it encompasses a holistic lifestyle grounded in self-love and an awareness of our interconnectedness with the universe. It invites us to seek harmony within ourselves and with the world around us, recognizing that we are an integral part of nature.


Amidst the complexities of modern life, achieving the state of yoga may seem daunting, yet it is accessible through openness, learning, and embracing the journey of self-discovery.

In Sanskrit, this journey is known as tapasya—a process of inner strength and discipline, not a pill or quick-fix solution. It requires cultivating curiosity about ourselves and nurturing a genuine desire for personal growth. Through dedication and time, we can uncover the peace and joy that lie within us.​

  • Private classes and mentoring

Personalized one-on-one sessions are tailored to meet your unique physical and mental needs. Mentoring includes integrated yogic living, yoga philosophy, meditation, basic Ayurvedic principles, daily eco-sustainable practices, and more

  • Regular group classes 

I am currently teaching at Prana Wellness Hub: 

- Mondays HATHA YOGA at 5pm 

- Wednesdays SLOW FLOW at 5pm

- Saturdays VINYASA FLOW 7am

  • Small group classes 

Sessions for 2-6 people. These classes may be held in my home studio, personal homes, parks, studios, corporate spaces etc.

  • Workshops / special classes and events

I often conduct workshops blending physical yoga practice with philosophy, also featured and ritual classes celebrating the special dates in the yoga calendar and the different modalities and ways to explore the practice. Additionally I organize singing circles - kirtans.
